COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE

FOR ORDER CADAMURO DESIGN PRODUCTS
Fill out the form with the request data.
We recommend you to use alway the same nuMber phone
or e-mail in order, to avoid inconveniens. As soon as
we recive the order, (please specify immediately the
method of payment) we will send you by e-mail a proforma
invoice in which we inform you of the total amount (with
tax) that you have to pay.
Then, if you want confirm the proforma invoice, you
only have to reply at the e-mail including the message
we have sent you,
and writing CONFIRMED.
Once we recive the confirmation e-mail, we will withdramthe
sum from credit card, or we send you our banking system
coordinates for the tranfer account.
We accept only orders which have an amount higher that
150,00 € (without tax). Always Cadamuro Design
has the authority over the decision of accepting the
orders.
PAYMENT
You can choose between 2 different options for you payment:
Tranfer account in advance or by credit card.
The credit card payment have an additional cost of 4%
of the total amount.
The charges of the transfer account in advancew will
be in charge of Cadamuro Design.
SHIPPING COSTS:
In Austria–Germany–Luxemburg–France
(no islands)–Holland–Spain (no islands)–Portugal
(no islands) UK (no Islands and Eire)–Denmark–Sweden,
if the vol in less than 0,50 m3, except a few cases,
the shipping cost is completely in charge of Cadamuro
Design.
If the shipping destination is not included in this
list, or the vol is more than 0,50 m3, we will calculate
the delivery cost and we will add it to the proforma
invoice as DELIVERY COST. We will ask only a share.
The responsability of the goods during the delivery
is alway in charge of the receiving, our responsability
finish when we pick up the goods on the carrier.
The goods during the delivery, is insured and the delivery
is always on appointment. These extra cost are in charge
of Cadamuro Design.
PRIVACY
Cadamuro Design observe its customer privacy and safety.
All data are confidential and they will be use only
to satisfy customer demands.
DELIVERY
Our carrier makes delivery always on appointment, during
the office time in the working days.
If he won't find anyone at the appointment place, the
carrier will leave a notice and will bring the goods
in the theirs local office.
You have 8 working days, then the goods come back to
Cadamuro Design.
The restitution of the payment (obviously all the costs
will be debited before the restitution) will be max
in 15 working days from
the date that we've received the goods.
TO DELETE ORDER
You can annul or stop the order only if this haven't
already leave the Cadamuro Design. For annuling the
order you have to telephone to Cadamuro Design +39.0421.33.18.24
and send an e-mail info@cadamurodesign.it
REIMBURSEMENTS AND RESTITUTIONS
You have 5 day for advise Cadamuro Design of eventual
problem, next this time we don't accpet claims.
For resolve the problems Cadamuro Design can ask by
e-mail some photo for check the problem.
